Willy Joseph Cancel, a dumbass 22-year old former USA marine, got killed in Ukraine. Widowing his wife and leaving behind a 7 month baby. Aside from being a former marine at 22 (somehow) he was a corrections officer who dreamed of being a NYPD officer. Strong :le-pol-face: vibes

      Unironically yes. If he was smart he kept his VG life insurance and they got a huge payout.

      But he probably wasn't.

        Yeah, I know. You have to go out of your way to get rid of that though and this guy doesn’t seem like he made a lot of intentional choices besides whatever the nearest white supremacist told him to do.

          Actually, when you separate from the military you have to go out of your way to keep your insurance by filling out the right forms before the 120 day deadline. SGLI/VGLI is the best life insurance in the country though.
