I feel like it's the ultimate test for us because it's something that doesn't really negatively affect his life in anyway, isn't part of any stereotypes, isn't a commonly marginalized group, doesn't perceptibly increase marginalization or bullying of others... but at the end of the day, it is still technically body shaming and making fun of someone for an aspect of their physical appearance that they can't control.
Yeah, it's a tricky one. At best, it's childish, but I guess the important thing would be to get to a place where people weren't ashamed of their physical traits; that way you could make fun of it and it wouldn't matter that they couldn't change.
Still though, at least we can all laugh at this without feeling bad
