Would Jesus be a Jesuit worker, a Quaker anarchist or something else?

Not to nerd out, but the Christian chuds have a point when they say Jesus wasn't into politics, but not for the reasons they think.

Jesus was a Jewish Apocalypticist. Meaning, he thought the world was coming to an end in the present generation. Like, within years of when he was doing his thing. So yeah, if I thought the world was coming to an end within a few years I wouldn't be too concerned about politics or wealth either.

Of course the end of the world never happened. So Christians have to come up with implausible explanations for all the times Jesus talked about the kingdom of god coming soon (hey, 2,000 years can be soon!). The plain reading of the gospels is "sell everything you have cause this is all gonna be over with soon". Since that doesn't really work anymore, Christians today just kinda pretend Jesus never said that.
