President Biden expressed his concern about a leaked report that a Supreme Court draft plans to overturn the Roe v Wade law while talking to reporters at Andrew Air Force Base before flying off to Alabama. When asked if the Senate should end the filibuster to codify Roe, “I am not prepared to make those judgements,” he said.
