There's always a chance it could be another supervolcano. Geologist can't predict the eruptions. Gotta stay optimistic y'all
We can't predict super accurately, but we'd still probably to predict a general time frame of risk. Mapping magma bodies using seismic waves still works, and there isn't anything which seems to be notably changing. As viscous as magma under pressure is we would still expect at least some indicators of risk.
