How many times have their ideas about the "necessity of protocol" and "not giving the right an excuse to escalate" been disproven by the right constantly escalating no matter how good the liberals behave? And yet every time they fall back to the same idiotic dogma about not escalating because "oh no what will the right wingers do???". Pathetic

That's the thing. Just for not being conservative, I'll get called every name in the book on a daily basis and it infuriates me SCOTUS hasn't passed the "cruisin' for a bruisin'" clause, let alone smack someone from across cyberspace.

What do I have to lose? Sometimes it takes a douchebag to deal with an asshole.

"Fighting Words" used to be a thing but it's been construed so narrowly by the courts that it's basically meaningless. Nazis can march through Jewish neighborhoods but unless you say "I am going to murder this specific Jew right now" it's not criminal and you can't using fighting words as a defense against braining them with a bat.
