If you're planning to keep the stuff you torrent, may I recommend Plex (free, polished) or Jellyfin (newer, open-source) to manage your library. My Plex automatically organizes my torrented media, adding metadata and subtitles, and with the app I can continue watching on my phone or TV.

can second plex! i have a cheap windows pc i got for 50 quid set up as a plex server with an external 2TB hdd (not too expensive, and you can buy an enclosure to use SATA hdds as external USB ones for not much). it has no monitor but i log into it using TeamViewer (free) and then use piratebay etc on there to download movies/tv straight to the HDD and then plex automatically indexes them once they're finished and then can stream via the plex app (which has a netflix like interface but better) from any device really (apple tv, firestick, ipad etc). it indexes tv shows into series automatically as well.
