Just find someone who's living room you can see into from the outside, wait for them to turn on the TV and stare in the window

Have a phone with an IR blaster or your neighbor is using a smart tv? Install a universal remote app and you can watch stuff on their TV when they aren't home. Or like annoy the shit out of them if theyare. Lolnow.Haveim imagining doing this to stop old chuds from watching shitty news omfg. Everytime they turn it to Fox just power off the TV. To the point they think it's that specific channel that does it.

I am 30 and snuck into my first movie a couple months ago. bought one ticket but treated myself to a double feature. exhilarating.

Hardest part is finding a way to not pay for the ticket. But after you get in, paying for first ticket or not, it's just TOO EASY to sneak into any 2nd or 3rd movies. Grab a large drink and popcorn bucket from the trash, I'm assuming your theatre does free refills on the big popcorn buckets and hopefully has a bigass juicy thicc free-style soda machine not secured behind an employee register.

If you're planning to keep the stuff you torrent, may I recommend Plex (free, polished) or Jellyfin (newer, open-source) to manage your library. My Plex automatically organizes my torrented media, adding metadata and subtitles, and with the app I can continue watching on my phone or TV.

can second plex! i have a cheap windows pc i got for 50 quid set up as a plex server with an external 2TB hdd (not too expensive, and you can buy an enclosure to use SATA hdds as external USB ones for not much). it has no monitor but i log into it using TeamViewer (free) and then use piratebay etc on there to download movies/tv straight to the HDD and then plex automatically indexes them once they're finished and then can stream via the plex app (which has a netflix like interface but better) from any device really (apple tv, firestick, ipad etc). it indexes tv shows into series automatically as well.

torrents is the way, the truth, and the light, the only cache is IDK how to acquire a socks5 proxy that supports torrenting for free so your ISP doesn't send you those dumb letters.

I like using the search built into qbtorrent.

LMK if I need to know anything.

for public torrents a VPN should stop the letters. shouldn't get letters for private tracker torrents

sign up for a private tracker, check out (cw: reddit) r/trackers and r/opensignups. you shouldn't have to donate money and don't run anyone's software like e.g. some try to push a custom browser or paid IPTV services

I'm not in US and doubt the ISPs here care about it, but I don't have a lot of experience using torrents to download stuff

Torrenting is pretty simple. Download qbittorrent. Go to rarbg.to and pick out what you want to download, then click on the link next to the word “torrent:” and it will download a small torrent file. Open that file using qbittorrent and it will begin downloading.

    See this megathread: https://www.reddit.com/r/Piracy/wiki/megathread

And this thread which has way too much info and is more for advanced users: https://github.com/Igglybuff/awesome-piracy/blob/master/readme.md

One warning. Just because the megathread lists a website as safe for software does not mean it still is. Things can change rapidly. I wouldn't touch the piratebay except for old video content that you can't find elsewhere, it's full of malware among even trusted users in the software section.

You can search directly from qbittorrent for torrents once you install searchers. You can also install something like jacket to further enhance these search capabilities. qBittorrent also allows you to bind your network interface in advanced settings to your VPN network interface. Do this to avoid leaks.

https://1337x.to/ is a decent torrent tracker

qBittorrent is a good client, and it has plugins you can install to search trackers directly from the client, which can be pretty useful too

Plex server. There's an up front cost to buying your own storage space and server but its not that bad depending on how crazy you want to go and there's so many benefits.

-Storage wise you can get terrabytes of storage for under $100. I have a totally dedicated Network Attached storage system with RAID that also works as a torrent server, but you can absolutely just have it all exist on the server itself. -For the actual computing power to run a plex server its also astoundingly cheap these days TBH. Honestly streaming video, even 1080p today, over the internet isn't that insane. Go to https://www.cpubenchmark.net and you can check the requirements but the rule of thumb is like a score of 2000 per 1080p stream. IE, 4 people watching 1080p at once equals a requirement around 8000.....AND that's only for remote streaming outside your network where it needs to convert and compress the video. IE: if you're at a friends house and you want to watch the revengers infinity war part 2 on their tv from something on your home network. If you are doing direct play on your local network with no transcoding you can practically have a potato of a CPU.

Basically, go to your discount computer store, snag a cheap ass Dell with an I7 or even an I5 from two years ago, slam a 4 tb hardrive in it and install plex you should be ready to rock and roll. Its honestly the best way to handle movies/shows these days so you don't have to constantly worry about sites being shut down and losing access, or things getting taken down, or your ISP monitoring your pirate streams.

btw, you can get HDDs for $13-$18/tb if you keep an eye out.

https://diskprices.com/ scans amazon, but if you see a deal, check that the price hasn't gone up since the bot scraped it.

If you live in the USA, check your local library for DVDs (and use Handbrake to rip them) or check Kanopy for free streaming.
