I'd want a compass and minimap with gaydar. And also something that reminds me to drink more water.

By default I'd probably have something that prompts me to check if the stove is on or the doors are locked.

    I want the social implant from Deus Ex, but better, so that I can actually know ahead of time who would & would not be receptive to me trying to talk to them.

      It already accounts for Alphas, Betas, and Omegas but would need to be updated for Sigmas. Hope you've saved up some Praxis.
