It obviously fucks up the dude firing it in the video. I can't conceive of this being practical as is.
However.
There is some sort of rail protrusion on the grip that could be used to mount a stock, and if you had that and a foregrip of some kind, well t hen you're just taking a roundabout way of circumventing shotgun barrel regulations. As long as you can keep it registered as a "pistol" that is.
Based on the video though it seems that loophole was closed and they are very hard to find now.
I remember a clip of a guy shoulder firing a sawed off .12 and it slapped him in the face like an oar. I can only imagine this thing being the same level of stupid but that clip had a guy who kept saying "yo don't do that, hold it at the hip" and he shoulder fired it anyway.
So do I need one of those wrist braces that bowlers wear to fire this motherfucker?

Slugs kick a lot more than shot, and he was shooting hot handloads. Buckshot would be a lot less violent
