I guess if it is so small of a percentage then absolute numbers are actually better
definitely is more inspiring this way. It really is an impressive amount of growth from zero and will be a significant number if stores continue to unionize.
Union movements tend to snowball, rate of new membership and election victories is a good sign of continued growth, especially when it's exponential like this.
