Ppl on twitter were saying some don't have a voice in their head narrating every thought. Am both appealed and intrigued/jealous simultaneously. Think without language, how do?

I was in my room and I was just like staring at the wall thinking about everything, but then again I was thinking about nothing

And then my mom came in and I didn't even know she was there she called my name

And I didn't even hear it, and then she started screaming: MIKE! MIKE!

And I go: What, what's the matter?

And she goes: What's the matter with you?

I go: There's nothing wrong mom

And she goes: Don't tell me that, you're on drugs!

And I go: No mom I'm not on drugs, I'm just having an internal monologue with myself about this thread I saw on Twitter about some people not having a voice in their head, and like, that's so crazy to me because I can't even imagine what life is like without having an internal narrator constantly second guessing everything I do and reliving every mistake I've made since 1st grade.

I don't think with words, that would take so damn long wouldn't it?? The only time my thoughts have words is if I'm planning on what to say or if I'm trying to recall/understand a specific word. Otherwise its all just fast amorphous brain electricity I guess
