    IMO, for balding people who identify as men, or who are cool with the aesthetic otherwise, I recommend the Picard maneuver when you start balding enough to care about it. That is, shave your head, or shave the balding parts and buzzcut the rest. It's part of aging gracefully.

    Allegedly, when Patrick Stewart was auditioning for the role of Picard in TNG, he asked, "by the 24th century, won't they have cured male pattern baldness?". And Gene Roddenberry is said to have replied "by the 24th century, they won't care."
