Transphobic conspiracy theories originating from 4chan directly led to this poor girl being assaulted. Really worried for all of my trans comrades having to deal with more of this sort of violence in the future. :amerikkka:

in my hazy morning brain i read "assaulted" as "assassinated". glad she's still alive but jfc her story is heartbreaking - kicked out of her home for being trans, in a school shooting, and now online hate groups are blaming her for it happening in the first place.
Fuck Texas, i hope she gets out when she turns 18 and finds a supportive community.
