I've seen this a few times. They pull all these numbers out of their ass about how old the warheads are and how that meas only a few would be functional.
Even if just 1% of the 8000 or so nukes Russia has are working, that is enough to trigger a nuclear exchange that wipes out modern civilization. Libs would actually instigate nuclear apocalypse to own le evil putler.
