trying to make my own PSL powder with powdered pumpkin puree. Never quite got it down
"Pumpkin [pie] spice" is like cinnamon, cloves, and maybe nutmeg or allspice, it's not literally pumpkin. It's just a blend of the handful of spices that are often used in winter drinks like mulled wine or added to pies.

Huh. Today I have learned
still tastes better with pumpkin in it though
these all work real well with pumpkin. i'd also add cardamom.
The PSL has actual pumpkin in it, although it originally didn't.
