They said it's too hard, because it requires too much reading, and also they can't be bribed because they don't want to live particularly wealthy lifestyles.
That's what I remember as well. That it basically required a lot of time for potential agents to actually read through tons of material to be able to be credible in conversation; too much time.
I'd also be amazed if, among the whole of potential :fedposting: they tried this with (if they ever would), a few wouldn't actually turn based on the reading alone.
