r/victoria3 - Can we play USA, win the civil war as the Union, and rather than get rid of slavery, enslave Dixie culture in place of AfroAmericans instead?

I'm definitely creating a mod to do this.

Set Afro-americans to accepted and promote them to owners of plantations

Set Dixie to oppressed. Set pop growth to 0.

End institution of slavery once Dixie pop total hits 0.
