I haven't looked at their methodology but I'm gonna guess that expressing doubt over a genocide in Xinjiang qualifies as Islamophobic, and anti-Zionism qualifies as antisemitic. I have no idea. One time I got called antisemitic on Twitter in 2020 because I said Chabad people in NYC should probably stop having those weddings where 500 people show up because there's a pandemic and no one at those things wears a mask.
