I've also been banned from r/moretankie196 because of a dumb bit where I pretended to be a conservative and r/shitliberalssay for saying that someone posted something that was obvious satire and calling them dumb. And I got banned from r/latestagecapitalism and r/boringdystopia for saying that Jeremy Corbyn should have done a literal stalinist purge of the Labour party

    My theory is that this happens due to self-selection bias: moderating a subreddit basically boils down to doing a bunch of unpaid labour in return for a meagre amount of power over other people, so it generally attracts individuals who are willing to do a bunch of unpaid labor for a scrap of power over others i.e. petty nerds. Of course, none of this applies to our glorious hexbear mods :scared:
