it was only a matter of time before suicidal libs decided to start taking officials down with them. like it observably works for the right so why not the center? they don't have theory to explain why it doesn't work - just moralizing about how violence is bad that doesn't hold up when you realize it can be justified as self- or community-defense.

        Dude exited the taxi a block from the Judge's house and just kinda casually walked. Security stopped him immediately, checked his bag, and arrested him.

        Like, we can talk about MKULTRA or insist the Feds leaned on this guy not unlike with the Michigan Governor "attempted kidnapping". But what even could they be covering up? He just kinda flailed ineffectually and surrendered. I think /u/dead might be closer to the mark on this one. Dude didn't want to kill anyone. He just wanted to be a martyr.

            Per the story, he did phone it in to warn the police he was coming. And then he showed up and immediately got arrested.
