Anyone know if its possible to pirate DLC's for games you already own on steam?

I want to play Stellaris again but I don't have the money for the last couple content updates, and I really don't want to download an entire package from fitgirl. Is there anything to be done or am I SOL?

    You can download the game with all DLC's, but you can't play it on Steam, so you will not get any achievements etc. Why not download the fitgirl repack, it is only like ~5GB?
