it's really interesting because the majority of software engineers in my professional experience range from west-wing-brained shitlib to bonafide comrades, and there's still a pretty big contingent of FOSS anarchists in the mix. I guess anarchists aren't gonna be pushing for professional certs though, especially with all the FOSS libertarians (:visible-disgust:) running in similar circles. But i'd half-expect the shitlibs to cry about breaking the rules before implementing this garbage
