    It's the exact same pill, in the exact same pill pocket, but I've just learned that if I make my dog do a trick before giving it to her, she thinks it's a treat and eats it right away instead of fighting me over it.

      When my dog refuse to swallow a pill, I toss it to him and yell "catch!" Doesn't have time to realise it's not a treat before he reacts.
