I think it's 20 jobs per month updated fortnightly, but the system changes a lot (it's changing again next month). I'm at about 50% in a 3-way share apartment. That's about as good as it gets. A few years ago they did a review of rental listings that cost the recommended maximum 30%, and only 7 properties in the entire country would be that for welfare recipients. If I try to live by myself, I'd be pretty lucky to only be spending 70% though.
