Sorry to spoil the party, but a more real version would be : Poop lining : neoliberal government uses Covid pandemic to bail out failing entrepreneurs in a failing sector. Proving yet again how "Entrepreneurs take risks" discourse only works one way, to legitimize their profits. When the risks prove real, and profits are at risk the government will come in to fix their shit.
