so how does msnbc spin this? do they acknowledge there isn't anything close to the political will to prosecute, and dems want to cut their losses while they can (which i imagine is the truth)? or do they give some line about how trump is clearly guilty and ideally should be tried, but to prosecute the opposition would lead to further unraveling of political norms?
