Bullet stopping is just a power level check baby Goku could do it so afaik just about everyone afterwards can too
I'd imagine you'd just power up and it'd deflect the bullets, like what Goku did to Trunk's sword.

decades later and i still draw my boots the same way i learnt back when I first wanted to draw dragon ball characters, trying my best to imitate Goku and Bulma
