If Dems REALLY wanted to Own the Conservatives, they could take these anti-abortion laws and apply them to immigrant detention camps. Demand the release of every pregnant woman. Denounce the prisons as Abortion Mills. Make a BFD about how Republicans are doing Hispanic Genocide.
Hell, they could apply this to the entire US prison system.
