Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map, who is an independent youtuber with a mostly neutral viewpoint.
Moon of Alabama, which tends to have good analysis (though also a couple bad takes here and there)
Understanding War and the Saker: neo-conservative sources but their reporting of the war (so far) seems to line up with reality better than most liberal sources.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict and, unlike most western analysts, has some degree of understanding on how war works. He is a reactionary, however.

watching this NATO self-own in Libya and Iraq come to fruition has been a little satisfying to see at least. They were so desperate for permanent access to cheap oil supplies that they try to do imperialist regime change, only for them to destabilize the region so bad that they can't even produce oil anymore. I'm sure Gaddafi and the rest of Libya would be more than happy to pump hard right now and rake in the cash (then hopefully funnel it to the IRA).
But no, instead they're all fucking dead, in a slave camp, or fighting to survive in their homeland ravaged by imperialism. Nothing positive came of western intervention, they didn't even get the oil. Now Europe is reaping what it sowed. Not even close to justice but at least it will make their governments hurt a little.
