Obviously "do away with the whole thing" is the correct answer (too bad no one's come up with a word for this!), but the lib response should be to tell Biden to ignore the ruling. He won't, but god he could kneecap the court in an instant just by saying he won't follow the ruling. "Reform" is meaningless at this point.
