I typically bathe twice a day, hot water and a rough towel seem to work fine. There's an engineer who developed a bacterial spray that simulates the skins natural biome who hasn't bathed in over a decade, but the guy looks kinda like Danny Devito and is probably not the best spokesperson.

idk i don't think i can ever get on board with the "no soap" thing, i have a very keen sense of smell and i find it's hard enough to be around people at the best of times

Yeah hot water isn't exactly the best thing but I sweat a lot and I'm not taking lukewarm showers for the rest of my life.
