I think these new far right parties burn themselves out when, by virtue of existing on a national scale, will be seen as part of the 'elite' by these voters. You're not unheard when you get invited onto the talkshows.

Van der Plas just represents the Dutch conservatives who have their misplaced national pride put in the farmers. There's no fascist rhetoric, antidemocratic values, or any of the other factors you'd expect to go with a Volkisch agrarian antidemocratic union.
There's completely different material conditions to the development of fascism in the current day. If you can read Dutch, I can link an interesting master's thesis on the modern Dutch far right (since Fortuijn) and how they relate to classical fascism.
There's actual fascists in Dutch parliament, in the FvD party, namely Baudet and van Meijeren.
