    Homophobia is almost dead.

    Highly incorrect lmao

    For me, its mostly trans surgeries and healthcare. Never been better than it has been. Plus, there are some docs out there claiming that in 5-10 years trans women will be able to give birth

        Almost dead is going too far imo, but it has gotten way way better. Popular culture isn't openly homophobic in the way that it was only a decade or so ago

        There have been some successes in cis women with xy chromosomes or born without a uterus receiving a transplant and successfully carrying babies to term. Some docs in the UK and other places in Europe have already filed support for it to be covered for trans amabs. The real barrier is creating eggs from your bone marrow. The tech already exists for that but it's not super common nor is it affordable or legal rightnow. With an egg donor it should be perfectly possible, but you'd need a donor obviously
