I'm pretty behind on the right wing infighting drama, but a couple years ago the local Patriot Prayer and Proud Boy groups had a really dramatic falling out over something or other, that disrupted the local right wing street activism for a while.
It was some petty personal shit among the big personalities iirc. But now Joey Gibson is on trial for rioting, and Tiny finally got into trouble for assault, so I don't know what the Portland fascist scene is going to look like going forward. Recently it's mostly been loud truck rallies and individual acts of violence against left-wing protesters.
The last couple years have been oddities though, with Covid and BLM protests instead of the usual political street brawls of pre-2020.
There's a real red-brown alliance happening with PBs and Black Hammer. I confronted some Black Hammer "help colonized people" grifters at a street fair a few weeks ago and this white dude who was hovering about tried to get in my face and said "this is America, they can do what they want". He backed off when I asked him if he was a Proud Boy. I think, more than anything, the crypto crash has slowed down the fash groups, I think they list a lot of money.
