Like beans squash rice. Do I need to eat complete proteins with every meal or is it not really necessary?

Not as important as some people make it out to be. Honestly, the line of argument feels like a way for vibe-based healthnuts to 'invalidate' veganism, similarly to those who want to vilify gluten.

That's not to say bad protein composition can't cause problems. But as long as you're getting a decent dose of each amino acid on a weekly basis, you're good. Really, you're probably only going to hit problems if you're one of those people who do stuff like eat nothing but chips and vegan nuggies for every meal. But a moderately diverse diet should reach it no problem, as is true of a lot of deficiencies. Total protein intake is more of a problem for a vegan diet, even if it is pretty easily met with some attentiveness.
