Like beans squash rice. Do I need to eat complete proteins with every meal or is it not really necessary?

    "Complete protein" is a bit of myth. Wheat has all the amino acids you need, the problem is that some aren't in the correct ratio and end up as a limiting factor. You can solve this by simply getting more protein than needed, or just making sure you combine protein sources in aggregate, not necessarily being anal about getting a mix in every meal.
