Guy gets his wallet stolen. Decides to chase the robbers and shoot at them in NYC. Gets swiss cheesed by undercover pigs who see him chasing and shooting at people. Also, random 60 year old man ends up shot either by wanna be hero or by the pigs.
America is so stupid.
Solution: good guy guns have an orange barrel and make a clown nose sound when fired.
