I sometimes do not understand the hate that people have towards JP.

I like JP’s social views on relationships, habits, parenting, men & women, etc. and he’s one of the most renowned psychologists in the world. Why so much hate? Genuine question.

    To these people "renowned" means "prominent for whatever reason", when in academia it means more of a "has made one or more important contributions to their field" which JBP is definitely not the second.
