There's a slightly longer clip without the synth music. It's from some documentary movie called Trinity and Beyond, which is up on youtube in somewhat shitty quality. Here's a 1080p torrent I found from a quick search which seems to have seeds.

edit: actually, the parts in the twitter clip after the gas-mask cavalry don't seem to be from Trinity and Beyond, I guess those have been edited in from some other source
