the most generous reading is that they mean like a 20 year old married to a 21 year old since it's a bar. but "adult spouse" is such an incredibly unsettling phrase you think they would word it better if that was the case.

I kinda want to check out my local Applebees to see if they have this sign since I think I'm in one the few states without legalized child "marriage", or if it's limited to the like 44 states where adults can marry 12 year olds. but I also don't want to go to Applebees
