One weird thing that I have noticed is that the Americans are supporting Russia instead of Ukraine, but are nazis themselves. Usually they always slurp up whatever pro-US propaganda manufactured by the CIA Fox or /pol/ tell them, but this time they are cheering on a non-NATO force?

less simple answer: because their white supremacist vision of global "west" hegemony actually rejects the neocon interventionist project. their theory of american prosperity is that it had nothing to do with the american empire. trump's understanding of NATO as an organization of ungrateful client states that we give money and military aid to in exchange for nothing is by and large the one that they hold. also putin is a reactionary.
