My buddy was at a (gay) club in SF the other weekend and some extremely generous (and connected) guy brought enough Monkeypox vaccines for the entire club if they wanted it. He said the vast majority of the people got it there. I wasn't there but the way he described it was this person felt so bad about how gays were treated and vilified during the AIDs crisis that this is a form of reparations. I'm not sure if it's still on going but it was genuinely a good thing and I thought I'd share it
