I took half an edible last night (first time, 5 mg delta-9, 50 mg CBD total). It was around 10 pm when I took it, I went to bed at like 1 am, was pretty high. I got up this morning and thought I felt normal, but it's been over 12 hours since I took that edible last night and I'm realizing I still feel a little goofy. Some brain fog, and kinda don't care about stuff still. Is it possible for someone to have this long lasting an effect? When i was younger I got laughing gas at a dentist once, and had a really strong reaction too it (felt super good, didn't care at all about the surgery, whereas other people in my family said it had no effect).

Guess I'm just trying to decide if I can do this stuff on a weeknight or not lol.

Do you take any allergy meds or supplements?

Depending on med, some herbal supplement or even foods, it can mess around with how your liver metabolizes different drugs - could slow it down and make it go longer or speed it up and sober a little faster. I know st jon's wort and grapefruit both have interactions with cbd (maybe even thc), can't remember exactly how though lol. Benadryl I think can also impact thc metabolism in a major way.
