Slight Devil's Advocate, but 'fine' hair in this context means thin hair, not that it's "Okay/fine". Of course the other parts of the ad are racist.
Yeah you're right, I thought it was even more positive than okay, fine as in when it means high quality. Now I know fine hair is its own thing
