      Scots really were like the SS of the British empire, almost surprised Scotland is an English colony and npt the other way around.

      It's true, quite incredible that they've managed to get away with it. Everything from Northern Ireland to Panama, all out of the general consciousness about Scotland

      I remember once being in an Austrian military museum. A museum that somehow had not a single exhibit between 1938 and 1945.

      To be fair, the average Scotsman got screwed really hard, just like how a lot of the average Austrian got screwed. But their ruling class loved it.
