I dunno, for Peterson in particular, I'd like something a little more public. The guy clearly hates when people don't take him seriously, so I'd have him be like a greeter at a neighborhood canteen, but everyone knows it's open season to make fun of him as much as they want. I think that would be better than a dark hole somewhere.

Public humiliation is a very fitting punishment for people who stake their living on being vociferously and confidently wrong.
