    Even though most modern games are programed for you to be able to beat them

    games were pretty much always made this way as it's a game not a test of worthiness

      Ehh, they used to be made to cheat you out of quarters so that was a diffrent vibe. I mean you are correct, but there was a time where it was less nakely a skinner box.

        yeah but a game being designed to be winnable isn't a cause of spirtual harm to the players. Mystery stories are typically designed so the information needed to solve them is presented to the reader and they aren't bad for you
