Dumb shit all around but as someone who had to work the late late shifts my workday ended at 8am. Id very often get judgy looks for grabbing a sweet treat or especially some beers to drink afterwards.
People just can't really comprehend not everyone works 9-5 and what time you do things at is actually entirely irrelevant. I've been called an alcoholic for having 2 beers at 9 am while that same dioshit will pound down a 12 pack but it's ok because it's after 5.
I go to bed at noon. Am I only allowed to enjoy alcohol at night before I go in to work lol. The worst part was the sleep stuff though. Because I sleep through the day, even when they know my job, I contatly get shat on for sleeping all day and being lazy despite actually only sleeping 4 hours because again people just can't comprehend that there's an entire workforce that has to do shit while everyone else is asleep.
This is all now mostly irrelevant to the post as it is funny seeing how whiny they are on both sides but it got me started on a rant when it reminded me how much it suched working those hours.
none of the people blasting service workers in that thread work nights lol, theyre just americans who hate service workers, gain their entire sense of worth from a capitalist hierarchy, and bay for blood when they feel even slightly judged by someone lower on the rung.
