    Agreed but it had collateral damage. In 2014 the trend accidentally created the most unfairly maligned Eurovision entry of modern times:

    Twin Twin's "Moustache"

    A bright, hoppy French electro-pop song poking fun at overly-macho narcissistic dudes and baby faced popstars alike. It's catchy, fun, bright, with Major Lazer-esque production touches that were sniffed at before every Scandi-for-hire entry over the next few years also did it to more success.

    It came dead last. A fate it didn't even come close to deserving.

        :rat-salute-2: Not sure whether you mean then or now but it's an overlooked gem.

        Eventually I might just start posting a Eurovision track with some background every week as an antidote to the endless Euro-nonsense I endure.
